                A Moment in Time

“Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away”

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Hilary Cooper

Certain moments shape you, define you, make you, break you and control you. We have wonderful moments and moments we would like to forget. Moments are brief. They come and go in the blink of an eye. Cherish the moments. Relive the moments. Savour the moments. Share the moments.

Sometimes we want to forget and over time we do. Life is all about moments. We have 86,400 moments every day, the number of seconds in a day. We live 75 years on average, again a brief moment in time. We only live 657,000 moments/hours based on living to the age of 75.   A moment is a memory. We are only here for a moment. Spend your moments wisely. When we are in those special moments we can’t wait until the next special moment comes our way or we wish the moment would never end. These are the moments that capture our hearts, body & souls.

It doesn’t get any better!

Savour the present moments. You will never get another chance. How good does it get? As good as you want to make it. Make the best of the present; give those around you focus and attention.  Enjoy moments like sitting with your kids or the ones you love, and live in the present. People are always thinking it will get better. Be grateful for what you have, grasp the moment, life, be thankful, push the limit, absorb and don’t regret. Live for the moment. Stop searching and start enjoying.
